Drifters Fish’s Copper River sockeye salmon is sustainably harvested from the wild waters of Alaska and smoked traditionally over natural alderwood. With a salty, smoky flavor, we love to enjoy it with cheese and crackers, breakfast scrambled eggs, atop a pesto pizza, or straight out of the jar.
Packaged in reusable 6.5 ounce glass jars, the smoked salmon has a shelf life of five years. Once opened, the jar should be refrigerated and enjoyed within a week.
